This group plans and implements the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration.  This celebration typically includes a march as well as awarding community members with either the Martin Luther King, Jr. Award or the Rosa Parks Award.  The group is comprised of various community members in, and around Wheeling - many that are affiliated with local churches.
